We were invited to design two spaces in this warm and characterful Herne Hill family home: the guest room/study and the client’s own bathroom.

For the bathroom, curves and colour were very much on the brief. What was once a traditional London Victorian bathroom is now a peachy-pink sanctuary — layered with bespoke details and built for a little end-of-day escapism.

In the guest room, we took inspiration from Ettore Sottsass and the Memphis movement, but gave it a softer, more contemporary twist. The result? A space that’s calm and inviting — with a playful edge.
